Booth Technicians for “In the Next Room”

Community Outreach Liaison — Do you know and love Williamsburg? And theatre? And radical new ideas? Help us to build collaborative relationships with Williamsburg organizations and businesses. Devise new relationships and events. Start the arts revolution!

Publicity Team — Don’t let Panglossian be the best kept secret on the peninsula. Help us spread the word through postering, flyering, social networking, emerging media, street performance, flash mobs, blackmail, impressment, and other deranged methods. Help us develop inventive approaches and wild and crazy ideas.

Development Team — Help to solicit gifts and donations to support our main season and new project development. Work closely with the administrative team to plan strategy, marketing materials, and future initiatives. Experience with non-profit fundraising and development is great.

Literary Team — Work closely with the Artistic Directors to build a New Play Development program, though live workshops and staged readings, online databases, and experimentation with virtual online workshop formats. Assists Artistic Directors in soliciting and evaluating script submissions, communicating with playwrights, and assisting with dramaturgy. Excellent writing and analysis skills required. Demonstrated interest in playwriting and production.
