Description

1403. The Battle of Shrewsbery. King Henry IV has just successfully defended his crown. But during the battle, his son, Prince Harry, is struck by an arrow to the face. John Bradmore, a surgeon, is is summoned as a last attempt to treat, and save, the prince. Bradmore and the prince develop a delicate and unlikely friendship that challenges social convention, and the doctor discovers the hidden potential of the future King Henry V.
